The roles are for two dedicated hands-on managers for the mobilisation and delivery of a programme of infrastructure improvements covering the Risk and Finance Departments and requires a mix of project management , project office (PMO ) and business analysis skills. Both need to be prepared to get stuck in and do work on individual projects to lead their definition and delivery with the functional experts. For new projects they will need to mobilse these and resource appropriately as scope/busget get agreed for elements. For exsiting projects they will need to be able to liase and negotiate with owners in Non-Core and Core (in particular GBM) in conjunction with us.

The programme consists of a mix of :
- definition and management of direct project/workstreams owned and led by Non-Core and the .
- input of Non-Core requirments and oversight of delivery for other projects/workstreams run by the Core Divisions / Group, and on which this overall programme is dependent

Role:

- review of the existing initiatives and documentation of gaps,
- definition / scoping of any new workstreams directly owned by the Non Core division
- feeding Non-Core requirements into existing projects / workstreams
- designing and updating project plans, managing delivery/costs, providing status reports to central PMO , and escalating risks and issues.

Description: Senior Openlink Endur Business Analyst.

Assignment context:
Dealing room support for Commodities derivatives users (FO, Sales, MO, BO)
Small team of 5 persons doing all hands on support
Front to back integrated system (Openlink) + linked applications (Pricing, Exotics Trading, Reporting...)

Assignment description :
* Mostly second level support on the trading/booking/BO application Openlink and all AVS scripts. Sometimes first level
* Helping the rest of the team progress in Openlink knowledge (AVS scripting, new products...)
* Requesting and testing new developments to improve the service to the users. Follow up of Infrastructure and development teams to correct the problems
* Conduct studies required for audit, security regulatory purposes
* Sometimes, the BA will be the only Openlink person on site
* overnight and week end shifts such as on call assignments

Lists of deliverables / Results Expected :
* Responsibility on the architecture of the system (ensure enhancement production releases and bug fixes are designed with post release support in mind)
* Request and conduct improvements to the system to detect errors before they occur

Miscellaneous :
* Openlink platform knowledge required:
Must have version 8.x or above
Must have > 3years preferably in same position, AVS scripting, DB model
* Multiple Derivatives commodities (Metals, Energy, Soft and Agricultural products) transacting activities knowledge and experiences
* Strong interpersonal skills (writing and oral)
* Capacity to work under significant pressure
* Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented including curiosity to deep dive and investigate problems root/causes dependencies
* Broad range of technical skills required
